Northeast Georgia Health System is out of network
Northeast Georgia Health System contracts terminated September 30, 2019. Effective October 1, 2019, services provided by Northeast Georgia Health System are considered out-of-network. This mean, if you use Northeast Georgia Health System doctors or facilities, you will have higher out-of-pocket costs.
Members in Georgia still have local access to in-network care. You can find an in in-network doctor or hospital convenient to you through the National Doctor & Hospital Finder. Continuation of care at Northeast Georgia Health System will be authorized for certain medical conditions. A Medical Transition Care Benefit Request Form is available under Forms.
